Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is making his Bollywood debut with Chatrapathi Hindi remake. VV Vinayak directs the film which was originally directed by SS Rajamouli.
Baahubali star Prabhas has acted in the 2004 film. In an interview, Bellamkonda was asked if he is under pressure doing a film of the Baahubali combination.
"The pressure was there initially. I am more confident after the workshops of the film. I met Rajamouli Sir at the launch of this film. He boosted confidence in me saying you look exactly like Prabhas how he used to be. His words boosted me," Bellamkonda said.
"I also met Prabhas Sir. He was amazing. He said - 'This is going to be a very amazing film, It has all kinds of emotions. It is going to work everywhere. It is going to be very relatable even these times'. When he himself said I can do it, I am confident," he added.
The young hero revealed making some changes to the Original to make it more appealing to the Hindi audience.
They have however retained the main story and screenplay of Vijayendra Prasad.
A huge set has been erected for the movie in Hyderabad and a crucial action sequence is being canned in this set.
