The fastest rising star of Telugu Cinema Vijay Deverakonda is investing his money wisely. He has bought a swanky new house in Film Nagar, Hyderabad for a whopping Rs. 15 Crore.
He has silently moved into this new house without any housewarming event or a party.
This house comes with a catch though. It is not perfect vastu compliant as there is a small problem that has made the previous owners to sell it.
However, the Arjun Reddy actor doesn't believe in all such stuff and purchased it despite the Vasthu issues.
Vijay is currently getting around Rs. 10 crore per movie. The producers are making a beeline for him in spite of his recent failures.
Like many other film celebs he too is investing in real estate. He is also planning to produce films on a regular basis.
