Bheeshma was one of the very few box office hits for Tollywood this year.
There were no new theatrical releases post-mid-March and Bheeshma is one of the few films that earned profits to its makers and buyers.
Director Venky Kudumula has presented Nithin in an entertaining way as Bheeshma that also has ended the disastrous streak of the actor who suffered a hattrick of flops.
Nithin has shown his gratitude towards his director by gifting him an expensive SUV, a Range Rover for his birthday.
Venky Kudumula took to Twitter to thank his hero for giving him the best birthday gift.
Coincidentally, Kudumula’s first hero Naga Shourya made some comments against the director’s attitude after the success of Chalo. Apparently, Shourya also had gifted a car to Venky following the success of Chalo.
