National Award Winning Director In #MeeToo Allegation

National Award Winning Director In #MeeToo Allegation

Casting couch stories and the 'MeToo' allegations are perennial. Recently it was senior actress Neena Gupta who wrote in her autobiography that a big producer of yesteryears proposed to her to sleep with him once.

Now Surveen Chawla, the actress who worked in Raju Maharaju in Telugu confessed that a National Award winning South India director made some indirect indecent proposals with inappropriate behavior.

She said that she went to the audition to the director's place once upon a time and left for Mumbai on the same day due to ill health.

As per her, the director chased her on phone and also placed a mediator to negotiate an indecent relation with her until the completion of the project.

The actress said that she didn't take up the project and told the mediator to give her the opportunity if  they like her talent or else put off the phone.

She also said that casting couch is common everywhere and a producer asked her to show her legs while someone else demanded to show her other parts of the body.

Now the question is who could be that National Award winning director from the South.
