Sara Ali Khan is the latest celebrity to cash in on Mumbai’s booming real estate market.
The actress has reportedly leased out her bungalow in Andheri West for a total deal value of around ₹4.14 crore over a period of five years.
According to property registration documents accessed through CRE Matrix, the bungalow has been rented out to Prodigy Montessori India Private Limited.
The premises are expected to be used for school-related operations by the tenant.
The property is located in Belscot Co-operative Housing Society in the Old Lokhandwala Complex, one of the well-known residential pockets in Andheri West.
The bungalow reportedly spans around 4,500 square feet.
As per the agreement, the monthly rent has been fixed at ₹6.5 lakh for the first two years.
From the third year onwards, the rent will increase by 5 percent annually, going up to ₹6.82 lakh in the third year, ₹7.16 lakh in the fourth year, and ₹7.52 lakh in the fifth year.
The tenant has also reportedly paid a security deposit of ₹20 lakh.
The lease agreement includes a 36-month lock-in period, and it is set to come into effect from May 1, 2026.
