Director Puri Jagannadh and Kollywood star Vijay Sethupathi have teamed up for the first time for a high-octane mass action entertainer, #PuriSethupathi.
Puri Jagannadh is also producing the film in association with JB Narayan Rao Kondrolla of JB Mohan Pictures, mounting it on a lavish budget.
Samyuktha plays the female lead, while Tabu and Vijay Kumar will be seen in key roles.
Meanwhile, the makers have announced that National Award-winning composer Harshavardhan Rameshwar has been roped in to score the music.
Known as a frequent collaborator of blockbuster director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Harshavardhan Rameshwar is known for his chartbuster albums and intense background scores.
The film’s shoot is currently underway, and it is being planned as a Pan-India release.
