If we are comfortable kissing our girlfriend or wife, why should we shy away from seeing it on screen? It's a basic aspect of life. Cinema is not drama; it's about portraying reality. We need to be more open about depicting relationships authentically. What we used to do behind trees or bushes years ago doesn't work anymore. We can be more upfront and show realistic relationships on screen."
