Rajamouli has royally put an end to all the rumors. He has responded to speculations about his next film with Mahesh Babu.
Rajamouli had already declared that he would direct Mahesh Babu soon.
Speculations were rife that Rajamouli might rope in another big star alongside Mahesh Babu.
“That is not true. My film with Mahesh Babu is not a multi-starrer. Mahesh Babu plays the solo male lead,” Rajamouli said.
He replied to a question from a Bengaluru journalist during the promotional event of “RRR” on Saturday.
Rajamouli will begin Mahesh Babu’s film shooting in 2023.
KL Narayana returns to movie production with this film after a long gap of a decade. Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad is penning the script.
