Rumors have been circulating that Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom might be postponed, as Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu is now eyeing a July 4 release.
It is said that producer Naga Vamsi even volunteered to give up the date for Pawan Kalyan’s film.
However, Sloka Entertainments — the overseas distributor of Kingdom — has dispelled those rumors, confirming that the film will premiere in the United States on July 3, as originally scheduled.
The release date was strategically chosen to capitalize on the long Independence Day weekend in the U.S.
The film was sold for a substantial amount in the U.S. market, and the distributors are keen to retain the holiday weekend slot. Hence, there will be no change in plans.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu may now have to explore other possible dates, such as July 18.
