The makers of Yash’s much-awaited film “Toxic – A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” have unveiled the first look of Kiara Advani as Nadia, giving audiences an intriguing glimpse into her character.
The newly released poster places Kiara against a circus-themed backdrop, blending striking glamour with a sense of emotional weight.
While the visuals are stylish and captivating, they also hint at an undercurrent of grief and melancholy, suggesting that Nadia is a layered character hiding pain beneath the spectacle.
The look signals a refreshing shift for Kiara, who appears set to explore a more intense and nuanced space in this film.
Kiara Advani has emerged as one of Hindi cinema’s most dependable stars following her breakout performances in Kabir Singh and Shershaah.
Her recent and upcoming projects include Game Changer and War 2, further cementing her strong presence across big-ticket films.
Yash, who became a pan-Indian sensation with the K.G.F franchise, continues to be among the most sought-after stars in the country. With Toxic, he is venturing into a distinctly different cinematic territory.
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Geetu Mohandas, known for her festival-favourite Moothon, Toxic is positioned as a landmark project for Kannada cinema.
The film is jointly written by Yash and Mohandas and is notable for being the first major Indian production to be conceptualised, written, and shot simultaneously in both Kannada and English.
Dubbed versions are also planned in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and other languages, underscoring the film’s global ambitions.
