Universal hero Kamal Haasan who bagged the biggest hit of his career with Vikram will be collaborating with ace director Mani Ratnam who delivered a blockbuster with his last outing PS 2 for a big-budget film
The film tentatively titled #KH234 had its opening ceremony held today in a massive manner with the entire team gracing it.
The film marks the reunion of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam after 36 years. Their first film together Nayakudu (Nayakan in Tamil) is one of the all-time classics.
Fans have been waiting for this combo to come together for a long time and a glimpse into the launching ceremony begins showing an iconic scene from Nayakan in 1987.
Oscar award winner AR Rahman will score music for this crazy venture to be produced jointly by Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R Mahendran, and Siva Ananth under the banners of Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies presents it.
Ravi K Chandran will handle the cinematography, whereas Sreekar Prasad will edit the movie for which stunts will be choreographed by Anbariv.
