The sports drama Jersey starring Nani bagged two National Awards at the 67th National Film Awards.
The film directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Enteryainments won awards in two categories, one for Best Editing and the other for Best Telugu Film.
The awards are presented by the President of India traditionally. However, for the 67th National Film Awards, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu did the honours.
Director Gowtam Tinnanuri and Producer Naga Vamsi are seen receiving awards in the picture.
Besides winning critical accolades, Jersey also did well at the box office.
It is being remade in Hindi with Shahid Kapoor stepping into the shoes of Nani and Gowtam directing it.
