Hindi Stories Didn't Excite Me: Ravi Teja

The trailer of Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao was launched in Mumbai and the actor too attended the event, along with his director Vamsee, producer Abhishek Agarwal, heroines, and other key actors.

When asked why it took this long for Ravi Tej to make his Hindi debut, the actor responded by saying, “I was approached with different scripts. But all the stories that I heard in Hindi so far didn’t excite me. Finally, I’m here. Let’s hope for the best.”

Director Vamsee thanked Ravi Teja for all his support. “The transformation from paper to screen is very different for this movie. All the actors were spot on. You’ll find documentation of any celebrated person. But there’s no such thing for Tiger Nageswara Rao because he was a thief. We gathered information from different people. That’s why we put in the tag- based on true rumours. It’s up to you whether to believe it or not.”

Abhishek Agarwal thanked Ravi Teja for taking part in the promotions and then appreciated director Vamsee for spending four precious years on the movie.

“We are planning to release Tiger Nageswara Rao in a grand way in Hindi.”

Anupam Kher stated that director Vamsee’s life is going to change after the release of Tiger Nageswara Rao.

“Thanks to people from other languages. They made India as a whole film-centric. There is no south and north now.”

The North media appreciated the trailer and also lauded Ravi Teja for his fluent Hindi speaking.
