This weekend has multiple films competing at the ticket windows. Two straight films, one bilingual, one dubbed movie, and one re-release are hitting the screens. But the fight is among four films.
Vishwak Sen starrer “Ori Devuda'', Manchu Vishnu’s “Ginna”, Tamil actor Sivakartikeyan’s maiden Telugu film “Prince”, and Karthi’s “Sardar” are the films.
While “Kantara” is running to packed houses, these films are trying to grab the attention of the audiences this weekend.
“Ori Devuda” is a romantic entertainer. Senior actor Venkatesh playing a role is a major asset to the film. The makers promoted the film well. Vishnu is going all out for “Ginna”. Sunny Leone’s presence is an attraction.
“Prince” is not able to make much noise until now but the film is directed by Anudeep who delivered blockbusters like “Jati Ratnalu”.
Hence, everyone is curious about his third directorial. Karthi has a steady fan following in Telugu states and the trailer of “Sardar” is intriguing.
On the occasion of Prabhas’s birthday, “Billa 4K” is also hitting the screens this weekend.
It has to be seen which of these movies gets good openings.
