Chitralayam Studios, headed by producer Venu Donepudi, has launched its third production venture following Viswam and Ramam.
The launch event was graced by Ramesh Prasad Akkineni, Aadi Seshagiri Rao Ghattamaneni, and KS Rama Rao. The upcoming film promises to be a comic caper, offering a fun-filled rollercoaster ride.
At the launch, Ramesh Prasad presented the script, Aadi Seshagiri Rao gave the first clap, and KS Rama Rao switched on the camera. Director P. Mahesh Babu, known for Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty, directed the first shot.
Producer Venu Donepudi shared that the film is not a conventional hero-heroine story but rather a character-driven narrative.
“It’s a fun ride, where humour emerges naturally through conversations. The comedy is built into the situations and scenes in a way that will genuinely tickle the audience’s funny bone. The idea of telling a sensitive story with gentle humour will surely connect with viewers,” he said.
The film stars Tinu Anand, Upendra, George Maryan, Akshay, Vishnu, Karthikeya, Aastha, and Malavika in key roles.
Guni Manchikanti is making his directorial debut. Samruddhi, a niece of Nepal’s Royal Family, is also set to make her Telugu film debut with this project.
