Going to exotic foreign locations for holidaying is quite common for film celebrities. Whenever they get some gap between the hectic schedules, they go to places like Sri Lanka, Dubai, Bangkok for short term trips.

The majority of our celebrities prefer European countries or the USA for long trips, so they won't have a big issue.
For now, they have temporarily stopped weekend enjoyments, casinos, and other things.
Before coronavirus fear had gripped them, they used to fly to some nearby Asian country to enjoy the weekends. Not only the trips, but the majority of them are staying away from non-vegetarian food as well.
A producer who is a pure non-vegetarian has said, "We have stopped having chicken at home!"
