After its launch, "Guntur Kaaram" encountered numerous problems. Dissatisfied with the script, Mahesh Babu halted production for two and a half months, from the first week of April to the third week of June.
The shooting has recently resumed. However, according to our sources, the production is not progressing as quickly as the producers claimed. Only two days of filming have taken place in the last week. Such sluggishness is evident.
This is why director Trivikram announced the film with Allu Arjun so suddenly. With the announcement, he gave enough hints to certain "individuals" that he has a "ready" backup plan.
The team is now hoping that everything will fall into place and that the shooting pace will accelerate.
Mahesh Babu is scheduled to start shooting for Rajamouli's film in December. Before that, "Guntur Kaaram" must be completed. Trivikram also desires a swift wrap-up of the project.
