Is This Pawan Kalyan's Diet Secret?

A few months ago, Power Star Pawan Kalyan faced heavy trolling when photos of him shirtless at the Kumbh Mela surfaced — people pointed out his visible belly.

He was also trolled for his grown-out beard and chubby cheeks. But recently, when he appeared in gym wear — shorts and a T-shirt — at the opening of his personal hair stylist’s salon, fans were stunned by his lean and fit appearance.

So, what’s behind this transformation? According to some insiders, the secret lies in his strict diet. For several months, Pawan reportedly ate only once a day — and even that in moderation.

He consumed just two black coffees between morning and afternoon, with light snacks in between. At night, he would either have fruit juice or buttermilk.

This disciplined routine is said to have helped him shed nearly 10 kilograms. Experts say that those with heavier body types who are determined to lose weight and get fit can benefit from a similar structured approach.

Pawan is currently busy shooting for his film Ustaad. Once that wraps up, he will have completed all the film commitments he previously signed.
