Will 10 years enough to build a new capital?

With UPA declaring separate statehood of Telangana and Seemandhra turning into a hot-boiler, the big question and challenge lies in building new capital in the new state of AP.

Though Congress has been reiterating that Hyderabad will be joint capital for 10 years, the moot point is will 10 years enough to build a capital city on par with Hyderabad? How long will it take? Will congress extend the term of joint capital in case of failure of comprehensive establishment of capital city there.

Besides issues such as distribution of Power, Water, Coal, Gas and other natural components, Hyderabad and Telangana is a hub of Government and premier institutions set up by Union Government.

Prestigious Institutes such as IIT-Hyd, NIT-Warangal, NIMS-Hyd (Main campus), ISB-Hyd, NG Ranga Agricultural University, University of Hyderabad (or Hyderabad Central University), Ambedkar Open University, Institue Of Chemical Technology, and there are mushroom number of Centers & Institutes like Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, Administrative Staff College of India, Bharat Dynamics Limited, BHEL, Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics, Centre for Economic and Social Studies, Central Power Research Institute, Central Institute of Tool Design, Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture, Central Institute for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Directorate of Rice Research, DRDO, Advanced System Laboratory, Advanced Numerical Research & Analysis Group, Research Center Imarat, English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) (earlier CIEFL), Hyderabad Eye Research Foundation, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics, International School Of Engineering, Institute for Development & Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), Institute of Public Enterprise, Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Indian Immunologicals Limited, Institute of Lifesciences, Institute of Genetics and Hospital for Genetic Diseases, Indian Statistical Institute Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Institute of Genetics and Hospital for Genetic Diseases, Laboratory of the Conservation of Endangered Species (LaCONES), Media Mindz Institute for Films, Media, &AnimationVytlaVasu Editing Institute, Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Andhra Pradesh, National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, National Geophysical Research Institute, National Institute of Nutrition, Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Systems, Engineering Staff College of India, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Trendz Institute of Fashion Technology (TIFT), JNTU Hyderabad, National Academy of Construction, National Geophysical Research Institute, Center of Plant Molecular Biology, National Remote Sensing Agency, India's Satellite Monitoring Station, National Centre for Compositional Characterisation of Materials, Imamul Uloom Educational Society, National Institute of Plant Health Management, Tata Institute of Social Sciences(TISS) Hyderabad Campus operational from 2013 academic year,  and here are the central funded list of Laboratories: Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory, Aurora's Scientific, Technological and Research Academy - ASTRA, Center for Indian Ocean Studies, Central Forensic Sciences Laboratory, Defence elcetronics & research Laboratory, Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory, Defence Research & Development Laboratory.

Now, Anthony committee should look after into all these elements and it seems Central Government should shell out a massive amount of wealth and funds to build these institutes in AP.

Simply, UPA should show up 60 years of growth of Telangana and Hyderabad in 10 years in Seemandhra region. Unless, people of Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema continue to strive for their rights and for the promotion and progress of their children and future generations. There is no denying that this is practically impossible and Congress will pay its price for the ongoing consequences in long term.
