Telugu People's Revolt Against A Dallas Coffee Shop

Telugu People's Revolt Against A Dallas Coffee Shop

It is known that an American recently posted on X (formerly Twitter) expressing his inconvenience over a religious procession that obstructed his route.

In his post, he also wrote some remarks that were perceived as demeaning to Indians and their culture.

Shortly after, he deleted the post for unknown reasons. However, his whereabouts were tracked by some Telugu individuals in Dallas, who discovered that he runs a coffee shop.

Once the outlet was identified online, several Telugu people began posting negative reviews in what can be described as a coordinated revolt. Some of these reviews were reportedly so harsh and offensive that they raised eyebrows.

Many reviewers used fake names such as Raithu Bidda, while others created accounts with typically Telugu-sounding surnames.

Due to this unusual surge of suspicious activity, the review section is temporarily disabled and being monitored by Yelp.com.

Now, questions are being raised about what could happen if the coffee shop owner files a complaint with U.S. immigration authorities (ICE).

Some speculate that the authorities might track down those responsible for posting malicious reviews intended to sabotage the business, and in extreme cases, even cancel visas or initiate deportation proceedings.
