Telangana NRIs in Minneapolis, MN organized a meet and greet event with Sri Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy (M.P Bhongir) on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in Brooklyn Park, MN.
The representation was pretty diverse from old to the young and invited guests from other interest groups. The turnout was extremely impressive and at 7:30PM Sri. Rajagopal Reddy was escorted by the organizers to the venue and accorded the hospitality and grand welcome with true Telangana traditions.
The show was hosted by Ravi Madduri and the introductory speech was delivered by Mahi Nagender who also profiled a short speech about Sri. Komati Reddy Rajagopal Reddy.
Later, Sri. Rajagopal Reddy took the stage to a standing ovation. His speech was as expected incisive, informative, intellectual and quite inspiring. Sri. Rajagopal Reddy was at his gracious best and overwhelmed everybody patiently answering questions followed by greetings, introductions and Photo sessions with almost every person in the room. Mahi Nagender was the coordinator for the Q & A session. Pawan Kumar Kondam rendered the closing speech and concluded by presenting bouquets and a memento specially designed for Sri. Rajagopal Reddy.
The occasion has written a new chapter binding the interests and relationships of Telangana NRIs with their roots.
