NATA’s MEGA FREE Health Fair on Sep 22 @ St. Peter’s Hospital, NJ
An unprecedented MEGA FREE HEALTH FAIR is being organized by NATA in association with St. Peter’s Healthcare Systems on September 22, 2012 from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm at Buccleuch Park, across the street from St. Peter’s Hospital, 254 Easton Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
North American Telugu Association (NATA)’s community services team led by Srinivas Ganagoni (Chair) under the advice and guidance of Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy (AC) and consists of A.V.N. Reddy ( President), Dr. Sanjeejava Reddy ( President-Elect), Mohan Patalolla (BOD), Mahender Musuku (BOD), Rajeshwar Reddy (EVP), Suresh Reddy (BOD), Mohan Reddy Talamati (BOD), Venkat Vaddadi (BOD), Hari Velkur(BOD), Ramesh Chandra (RVP), Shiva Meka (NJ State RC), Mahender Reddy (RC), Damu Gedala(CS Member), Mahesh Bigala (PR Chair), Santosh Paturi (CS Co-Chair), Hari Eppanapally(CS Member),Sarath Veta (CS Member), Vamsi Koppuravuri (CS Member), Krishna Siddhada (CS Member),Srinivas Ranabothu (CS Member), Naresh Chintalacheruvu(CS Member), Bhaskar Bhupathi(RC), and Arun Sriramineni(CS Member) are planning to conduct a FREE Health Fair.
This is a FREE event organized by the NATA NJ team as part of NATA's core mission to provide community services and charitable activities, Expert doctors and nurses from St. Peter’s Healthcare System will provide health counseling and advice for preventing metabolic and cardiovascular diseases and many other services.
Free FLU Vaccines will be given to the pre-registered participants on first come first serve basis and these vaccinations are sponsored by www.movers.com . NATA team thanks and appreciates Vidhyadhar Garapati, CEO of movers.com for his generous support towards the noble cause.

The Health Fair is organized from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm on September 22 and will provide free health screenings for an estimated 500 people. Clinical diagnostic tests such as Blood Pressure,Blood Sugar,Height and Weight,Flu Immunizations, Nutrition and Healthy Living, Oral Health,Prescription Safety,Children's Asthma,Infant Massage Demonstration,Parent/Child Education,Car Seat Safety,Autism Information,Eye Screening,Pain Management,Dementia Screening,Prostate Health Promotion,Stroke Information,Fitness and Excercise Education,Healthy Steps,Foot and Ankle. The medical and health advice include 'Take Control of Your Health', Thyroid & Hormonal Health, Financial Counseling, and Ask the Doctor or Pharmacist.
The event is organized outside and filled with many activities for the families such as face painting, Moonwalk, Balloons and few dance programs related to health also offered in addition to the health screening and education.
