Great Chief Minister and Friend of the Poor - Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy's fans from all over Florida State gathered in a Florida Hotel and Conference Center, Orlando, Florida on Sep, 6th to pay tributes to the our beloved leader.

YS Vivekananda Reddy, the younger brother of Dr. YSR attended as the Special Guest on the occasion. Raja Narreddy, an NRI and past TAMA President paid homage by lighting up Jyothi and offering floral tribute to Dr. YSR.

Dr.Vasudeva reddy Nalipireddy talked about ysr and his developmental schemes and praised him a leader of massess, and also talked about Aarogya Sree Program which is offering corporate style health care to common man and also how much we the people of andhra pradesh miss him. Dr.Vasudeva reddy introduced Honorable person YSV and invited him to the stage.

YS Vivekananda Reddy garu shared the courage and leadership qualities of great leader while working for the benefit of the people of Andhra Pradesh. He quoted that people may see us as family of six siblings, but Dr. YSR made it a family of five crore brothers and sisters with his love and affection and caring by implementing schemes and programs and improving standards of life of the poor and middle class people in the state. Viveka garu was nostalgic about how much YSR was missed in critical decision making situations.

Dr.Rao Emandi, Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Medical Association of North America, said that "Andhra Pradesh has made big strides in areas of Sustainable Agriculture, Food security, Access to credit and other social aspects during his tenure as chief minister, BBC called him a champion of social welfare schemes"

The photo of Dr.YSR was garlanded by Mrs.Swetha Padi, Krishna Veni Bandaram, Veena Talla, and everybody offered roses, other fragrant flowers, and a minute of silence to pay tributes to the departed soul of great leader Dr.YSR

Mr.Yesu prayed for YSR's soul to be rested in peace. Dr.Shakil Ahmed Khan read passages from Holy Quran. Dr.Varaprasad Reddy offered pooja for YSR's soul.

Dr.Srikanth spoke about YSR's schemes and his legacy, and how his vision and developmental schemes.

A video program was showed to highlight the everlasting political and personal memories of Dr.YSR by Chandu Talla, Raghunandan Padi, Bharati Mulupuru, Mohan Rao, and Nanda Reddy, Anil Bandaram, Anil Maddireddy from Tampa, Florida

Dr.Mohan Konda was the moderated the program. He shared his memories in such a way that he met Dr.YSR, and presented a project plan which would help to prevent new born diseases and new born screening methods. Dr. Konda said loosing Dr.Ysr is his biggest loss in his life.

Co-pilot SP.Reddy's younger brother spoke about his brother and how much he misses him. The hall resounded with shouts of "YSR AMAR RAHE!!"

Dr.Dontineni Srinivas recollected Dr.YSR's legacy and how much we miss late Chief Minister.

Dr. Kishore introduced Julie Berke, Wousthoff Health System's board of directors and community activist, philanthropist talked on YSR's legacy and his developmental schemes and described Dr.YSR as a leader of masses and legendary leader.

Playback singer Anita Krishna performed a semi-classical musical tribute to Dr.YSR

Veera Reddy, President-Tampa Telugu Association, Jyothy Kalakotla, Ex-President -Greater Orlando , Ram Chander Reddy, Dr.Kishore, Young Entrepreneur of Tampa Bay Ramakrishna Komireddy, Dr. Murthy Lagudu, Mrs.Deepa Rukala, Mrs.Radhi Dontineni, Mrs. Vijaya Lagudu, Mrs.Aupama Nandivadana, Mr.Goutham, Venkat Puskur and Dr.Sabapathy and several telugu community families were shared the memories with Dr.YSR

Several children and women participated in the program. Food was served by Mayuri Indian Restaurant, Jacksonville. Everyone who participated in the program said that they are leaving with fond memories and great experience.

Organizers pledged to do something to help people in need, to continue Dr.YSR's legacy who strongly advocated and practiced "Sarvo Jano Sukhino Bhavanthu"

Chandu Talla concluded the program with vote of thanks and thanked each and every one who participated in the vardanthi event.
