Keep your hair well moisturized.
Don't wash your hair every day; allow the hair oils to condition your hair rather than constantly washing the oils out.
Massage your hair while washing it. Massaging your scalp really can help your hair grow faster and longer cause it helps your blood flow in your scalp.
The gentle you are with your hair, the less chances it has to fall out excessively. Right before brushing, use your fingers to gently comb through your hair.

Use warm water, not hot, when washing hair as hot water is bad for hair

Remedies that can be followed at your home.
Amla powder prepared by dry pieces of amla and boiling in coconut oil is considered a vluable hair tonic. This works as excellent remedy for hair loss.
Daily applciation of coconut oil mixed with leamon juice on the hair prevents hair loss.
Applying fresh coriander leaves juice on the head is also helpful to prevet hair loss.
Mustard oil boiled with henna leaves is also useful in health growth of hair. This is another effective good remedie for hair loss.
Regular use of castor oil also prevents hair loss
Massage almond oil on scalp everyday as this will stop hair loss.
Heat a small bowl of olive oil and massage it well into the scalp.
Hair packs that can be prepared easily at home.
1. Take one coconut, cut into pieces, blend it in a blender to make fine paste, take a strainer and seperate the milk. Take a piece of cotton dipped in that milk and apply to scalp and hair and gently massage or comb. Wash your hair after one hour with mild shampoos.
2. Take an egg and remove the yellow portion , mix the white with lemon, apply it for both scalp and hair. wash it with shampoo. It works as a good conditioner.
3. Rice Starch (A liquid that can be obtained while cooking rice) Apply that to your hair and wait for 40 minutes and wash with warm water.
4.Take a bowl of curd and soak meti in the curd and allow it to soak for 5 hrs , finely make the past and apply it to scalp and hair. Take bath after half an hour. This way your hair will become silky, strong, and healthy.
5.Beat 1 egg until foamy. Add half cup curd and apply it to hair in small sections at a time. Leave in for 20 minutes and wash it.
