Washington DC TANA team made a contribution of 55,000 US dollars in addition to the 100,000 US dollars contributed by TANA to the relief efforts for the victims of Cyclone Hudhud.
The Greater Washington DC TANA team held its 'Rebuild Vizag' fund-raising event on October 19, 2014 at Sitara Indian Cuisine, Virginia. The team collected a 55,000 US dollars from local donors.
Thanks to Sri Narendra Dullipalla M.L.A for making the event very special by inspiring and motivating the donors. This event was led by Satish Vemana Tana Secretary.
The event was attended by 300 members, including TANA, GWTCS, Vison Telangana and TDF members, Supporters, Telugu community leaders, Physicians, Business owners, and IT professionals from Washington D.C and Virginia.
