Why Naidu, Jagan, KCR Silent On Rishiteshwari Suicide?

The suicide of Frist Year B.Arch Student Rishiteshwari in the hostel room in Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur district has triggered a nation-wide uproar among students, but surprisingly, there has been unusual silence from three top political leaders – AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, his political rival Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao.

According to the discussion going on in the social media circles, Naidu has remained tightlipped and has not made any comment so far on the episode because the accused students and college principal were said to be from his own community and they had the backing of ruling party leaders from the same community.

In fact, the student leaders have brazenly been claiming that nobody could touch him because they had the backing of the ruling party leaders.

And Jagan, too, has so far not made any statement condemning the incident, though his party leaders did.

This is because his political rivals from the other community are ready with a counter attack saying Jagan should first speak out about the murder of Ayesha during YSR regime in the same area. There were allegations that Ayesha’s killers had the backing of leaders close to YSR and hence, the case was hushed up.

And why is KCR silent, though Rishiteshwari hails from Warangal? Does he not have any concern towards Telangana girl? Reasons are not known.
