Assembly sessions are on and senior Congress leader K Jana Reddy is the opposition floor leader in Telangana assembly. He claims that he has always maintained the decorum of the house by being dignified and following the rules and regulations of the assembly.
He said that in the past, YS Rajasekhara Reddy and N Chandra Babu Naidu indulged in blame game and also blamed TRS in the process. But he says he had always believed in constructive criticism.
But Jana Reddy garu seems to have forgotten a particular incident from 1991.
At the time, Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy was the chief minister and due to internal fighting within the party and due to other reasons, Jana Reddy walked up to the well of the house and condemned the way irrigation works were being taken up in the Telangana region.
He was also accompanied by few other Congress members. It was widely believed that Jana Reddy had created mayhem in the Assembly to express his resentment over not being made a minister.
Later, during Vijayabhaskar Reddy’s term, Jana Reddy was made a minister.
