Nara Lokesh is all set to tour Andhra Pradesh and Telangana from April 12. He will visit the families of nearly 50 TDP functionaries who have died in various mishaps and present their families with a cheque for Rs 2 lakh each.
Sounds familiar? Having criticized Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy for his never-ending Odarpu Yatra, the TDP is now taking a leaf out of Jagan’s book.
Of course, since Lokesh will be meeting only 50 families, the trip will be winded up pretty quickly. But who was it who said that the TDP does not respect its opposition?
Clearly, Lokesh by following Jagan’s strategy is showing that he respects YS Jagan. This is good news for the State. Same cards, names different! Odarpu yatra will probably be renamed as NTR Yatra. That’s all!
