After Ayutha Chandi Maha Yagam, Telangana CM K.Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be a changed man.
KCR who has been avoiding Secretariat since June this year and visited not even six times to his office in Secretariat during the last six months, was back to work in Secretariat on Monday.
Officials and staff at Secretariat were surprised to see KCR coming to Secretariat after a long gap and keeping himself busy with meetings with officials and ministers.
KCR looked charged-up and energetic after conducting chandi yagam for five days recently.
KCR has lined up series of meetings in Secretariat till January 5, which will be a record of sorts, as he would be seen in Secretariat for such a long period for first time, since he assumed office in June 2014.
Ministers and officials are worried that the charged-up KCR is likely to keep them on their toes till Budget session of Assembly concludes in February.
He asked officials to advance the preparation of budget as KCR wants to present the state budget in the first week of February itself even before the Centre's general budget in March against the established conventions.
All this is being seen as the impact of chandi yagam which brought a sea change in KCR.
