Jagan To Sideline Non-Serious Players?

Jagan To Sideline Non-Serious Players?

With just less than two years left for the state assembly elections, YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is said to have decided to revamp the party from top to bottom, sidelining non-serious players who are causing more damage than good for the party.

Instead, Jagan is looking for some experienced and effective leaders to attack the ruling Telugu Desam Party so that people take the party seriously.

This is again on the advice of his newly-hired political strategist Prashant Kishor, who has reportedly suggested that Jagan should bank on experienced leaders, rather than those with nuisance value whose comments are not taken seriously by the people.

Apparently, Jagan got a very negative feedback about the role played by his party’s loud-mouth MLAs like R K Roja, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and Ambati Rambabu, when he was away with family in London.

Apparently, her non-serious and cheap comments have not gone down well with the people, who started wondering how Jagan could depend on such leaders.

So was the case with Chevireddy, who shot his mouth off on the government employees, threatening to send them to Andaman Islands once the YSRC comes to power.

This led to widespread resentment among the employees and it might prove counter-productive to the party, Prashant reportedly told Jagan.

In the coming days, one might see leaders like Parathasarthy, Botsa Satyanarayana and Bhumana in the front to attack the TDP and people like Roja and Chevireddy might be pushed to backburner.
