In a rather undemocratic and rugged way, the Telangana state has been granted by Sonia Gandhi and her Congress led UPA government.
True to that, plans are now underway to ensure that the Telangana region is filled with the image and impact of Sonia. But is that really the right thing to do?
Reports say many politicians are planning to put Sonia’s name for different government establishments and roads.
Truth is, there are many who laid down their lives for Telangana. Are they really the great people or is it Sonia who just gave Telangana for her own political greed.
It is high time the Telangana leaders open their eyes and feel ashamed of what they are doing. Now that the state has been given they must show their power and strength and signify the martyrs instead of bringing someone like Sonia into the picture. It is not too late at least now they must know whom to give the due recognition.
