Both Chandrababu Naidu and KCR have proven to be birds of the same feather! Making populist promises which they well knew could not be kept; they have come to power and are least bothered now about fulfilling their pre-poll agenda.
KCR in particular said that if a separate Telangana came into existence then a Dalit would be made the first CM.

He was considered a certainty for a Minister’s post and was stunned when KCR did not induct him. if a person who has won the trust of his constituency five times is not eligible for a Minister’s post, then who else is?
Deputy (dummy) CM Rajaiah, who is a Madiga, is the sole Dalit in the TRS government. KCR, you did not make a Dalit as the Chief Minister, but at least give the qualified ones from their community due representation in your cabinet!
