Factors Not Conducive For AP Capital City?

Vizag is far off from Rayalaseema, Kurnool is distant from Uttarandhra… Vijayawada and Guntur are problematic due to various social, financial and environmental factors… looks like no city in Andhra Pradesh is conducive for the development of a capital city.

Just like Sri Krishna Committee had submitted a secret report to the Centre regarding bifurcation, Sivaramakrishnan committee is also said to have submitted a secret report regarding the new capital city.

After hinting that no particular city is ‘ready’ to be developed as the new capital of Andhra Pradesh, it is also said to have reported that bifurcation has resulted in precipitating regional feelings among Telugu people.

People of Rayalaseema and Uttarandhra think of themselves as people from different areas, the report mentioned.

Due to such factors, finalizing a capital city by pleasing all sections would be a tricky affair, the committee had reported.

If there were a few problems, then tackling them would have been easier. But with so many factors, coming to a consensus regarding the new capital might not be possible in near future.
