Do The Ministers Have No Role In T Budget?

There has been increasing criticism against the KCR government regarding the exclusion of ministers from the process of budget preparation.

In fact, the media is full of reports claiming that Finance Minister Eetela Rajender is feeling totally left out.

After the Finance Minister prepared the basic budget and did the necessary groundwork, it is said that KCR had taken over and changed the entire spirit of the budget.

After that, KCR went ahead and appointed 14 task force committees and hand-picked IAS and other higher officials for them. Due to this, the ministers have been relegated to sidelines and it is being said that the ministers have little or no clue about the budget.

While the ministers are feeling rather low, it is being said that KCR wanted a pro-Telangana budget which would include various developmental activities that he intends to take up in the coming years.

However, there is another version to this and it is being said that once the officials and experts give their suggestions, the ministers will be able to give their opinions.

In all, T budget has become an interesting topic of conversation in political circles.
