Brahmani Survey Shocks Naidu?

Brahmani Survey Shocks Naidu?

There has been a talk that Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been conducting internal and external surveys on the performance of his government, his party MLAs and ministers periodically.

Apart from the intelligence department, he also engaged independent agencies to do the survey to find out the people’s pulse.

Though initially, there was not much opposition to his government, all the subsequent surveys are learnt to have projected that the image of his government has been on the decline, notwithstanding the fact that his personal image has remained intact.

Recently, Naidu’s daughter-in-law Nara Brahmani is also understood to have commissioned a detailed and comprehensive survey by a third party agency which has national reputation on the prospects of the TDP in the next elections and what corrective measures it should take to retain power. And the results are said to be stunning for the TDP.

According to sources, the survey commissioned by Brahmani has revealed that the TDP would not get more than 57 seats out of 175 seats in Telangana, even if it continued to have alliance with the BJP.

On the other hand, the YSR Congress party would make a remarkable comeback by winning over 100 seats.

Lack of proper governance in the state, denial of special category status and lack of progress in the capital construction are said to be some of the reasons for the TDP’s impending debacle.

Brahmani reportedly submitted the report directly to Naidu and suggested that unless a comprehensive action plan was implemented, the TDP cannot expect to win the next elections.

Let us see whether what Naidu would do in the coming days.
