YSRCP leader Jagan who was on fast for past two days in Tanuku, West Godavari district, gave it up today.
But he maintained that if one follows Chandra Babu closely, it is quite obvious that he never tells truth even by mistake.
Jagan pointed out that in the past, Chandra Babu said that the loan waiver amount was Rs 87000 crores. However, now Babu says that his government has sanctioned Rs 5000 crores for the purpose and that all of it has been used for loan waivers.
Jagan also alleged that Chandra Babu cheated both farmers and DWACRA women by saying that those who have Aadhar cards in Hyderabad were not eligible for loan waivers.
If that is indeed the case, how is Chandra Babu eligible to become the chief minister when he has all his cards in Hyderabad, questioned Jagan. He said that the farmers are being forced to get loans with Rs 2 to Rs 3 interest rates as they are being denied loans by the banks.
Finally, Jagan said that he considered his fast successful as both farmers and womens’ groups expressed their solidarity.
