Inside Story: Baahubali In Financial Trouble?

Right now, Baahubali is the latest sensation in Tollywood and it is well-known that the film is being made in two parts with a huge budget.

The film-makers are decided that despite any problems, they want to complete the film as per schedule and release the much-awaited and much publicized film.

It is now being said that the unit has to shoot for more than half of the second part. But apparently, the unit is now in a fix regarding finances.

However, there is another version in the industry which says that the producers’ strategy is to push back these factors and create enough hype so that the film is sold at very high prices.

There are stories going around that so and so buyer has bought the film for a certain amount and that another buyer has lapped up another area for a higher price.

Despite what is being told, the inside story is said to be totally different.

The producers had decided on more than Rs 150 crores as the figure to sell Baahubali.

Incidentally, at that price, no producer is coming forward to buy the movie. So, stories are floating around that those associated with the film or those who are associated with the makers have bought the rights for the film.

A few days back, it was said that Sai Korrapati had bought the rights of Karnataka and Ceded areas. It is well-known that he is very close to Rajamouli.

Well, according to tinsel grapevine, all these stories have been spread by the film’s unit to create a buzz.

So Film Nagar insiders insist that all these rumours are being floated around to create hype as the shooting has been stalled due to lack of funds.

After generating enough curiosity, they intend to sell the film at least in some areas. No matter how good a film is, how will anyone come forward to shell out three times the market range? But in Telugu industry, no one knows what the truth is and what is strategy… it’s all part of the big game.
