KCR to act tough against critics!

The unceremonious suspension of two Telangana TDP MLAs – A Revanth Reddy and Sandra Venkata Veeraiah – from the assembly on the pretext of disruption of Governor E S L Narasimhan’s address to the assembly, is a clear indication that Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is not going to tolerate any kind of criticism against the government.

KCR has made it clear that there is no question of tolerating any baseless criticism against the government.

“There is nothing wrong in protesting. But there should be reason for the same. Anyone who makes allegations should prove it. If there is no evidence, then we will take strong action against them," he said.

According to sources, the government is also planning to enact legislation seeking to take strict action against those who make allegations or criticism against the government without any evidences.

If passed, the legislation will give strong teeth to the KCR government to target his critics.

Already, there are instructions to the police to keep a watch on the people who make nasty comments against KCR and his government on the social media. If the comments exceed a limit, even netizens will be in trouble.
