KTR's Wrong Doing For Anti Jagan Vote Bank?

KTR's Wrong Doing For Anti Jagan Vote Bank?

The shrewd politicians never say anything without any calculation. They have an agenda behind every statement.

The recent statement of KTR putting down the 'neighboring state' brought a stir in the political circles.

Though KTR gave an apology that he has no harmful intention in putting down the 'neighboring state', the political analysts say that it is an agenda driven as per the advice of some Andhra based businessmen in Hyderabad. Yes, it should be recalled that KTR mentioned that one of his friends reported about the plight of the neighboring state.

In the 2019 elections, KCR gave huge support to Jagan Mohan Reddy by 'all means'. Until KTR's recent statement, all the politicians believed that Jagan had the support of KCR politically.

In this connection, some Andhra friends gave their feedback to KTR stating that the majority of software employees and the voters those get influenced by social media activity are against Jagan Mohan Reddy and so, it may be difficult to get the settlers' votes unless TRS disconnects with Jagan Mohan Reddy.

They successfully indoctrinated the mind of KTR that the settlers' votes would go to BJP if they feel that the friendship is continuing between TRS and YSRCP.

It is true that some anti incumbency votes in Telangana would go to BJP this time. But the candidate from the party should be stronger.

So, to attract the Andhra voters in Hyderabad, KTR gave those statements as per the insiders. But he learned the repercussions of that. He immediately faced the heat from YCP social media activists. The surveys say that a huge percentage of voters who migrated from AP to Hyderabad are from Rayalaseema who are sympathizers of Jagan Mohan Reddy. The other half are from Coastal Andhra. KTR got the immediate feelers that those votes may get affected with his statements. So, within no time he gave an explanation and posted an apology on twitter.

It is not so easy to see the voters getting divided on caste basis in Telangana unlike in AP. So it is time for TRS groups to keep TDP sympathizers away from them forever. Their advice may compel TRS to do certain actions that may result in YCP social media shifting their support to Congress in Telangana. KTR should be careful and take a leaf from his father KCR's political experience.
