The second Trump Towers project under construction in Gurugram has sold out on the very first day of its launch, marking a major milestone for the city’s booming luxury real estate market.
Developers Smartworld and Tribeca announced that all 298 units in the twin-tower development were fully booked, generating ₹3,250 crore in total sales.
The ultra-premium penthouses alone, valued at ₹125 crore collectively, were also completely sold out.
The residences, priced between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore, will be housed in two 51-storey towers, further cementing Gurugram’s status as a hub for high-end living.
This marks the second Trump-branded residential project in North India.
The first, Trump Towers Delhi NCR — also located in Gurugram — was launched in 2018 and is now fully sold out, with delivery expected later this month.
