Why is Naidu silent on Jagan's challenge?

YSR Congress party on Sunday demanded that TDP president and AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu quit his post as he was unable to prove the charges against YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on the presence of latter’s name in Paradise Papers leak.

Party MLA Buggana Rajendernath Reddy said Naidu had backtracked on accepting the challenge of Jagan on proving the latter’s connections with Paradise Papers.

“Instead, he has unleashed false false propaganda quoting some newspaper clippings which cannot stand the scrutiny of any measure. Being in the government they can bring out authentic documents but they are evading that as what they are telling is a pack of lies,” Reddy said.

As Naidu could not prove the charges levelled against our leader Jagan, he has to quit the office and a corrupt person cannot speak of morals and the serious charges he has been facing right from the cash for vote case, he has no moral right to speak about corruption.

The linkage of our leader through a person, whose name figures in the list has no relevance as he is known to Congress leader Chiranjeevi and film star Akkineni Nagarjuna as well and the association with a person cannot be read as being involved in the alleged issue.

When one of the director’s name of Heritage Foods, the company run by Chandrababu Naidu family, appeared in the Panama Papers there was no reaction from the Chief Minister who ran away from the city after he was named in the cash for vote case and started staying in a house which has no permission and was built illegally.

Finance Minister Yamala Ramakrishnudu has been speaking without any coherence and it was former TDP MLA Revanth Reddy who categorically said that Yanamala’s kin has contracts of over Rs 2,000 crores in Telangana state, Reddy said.
