The Incredible Organizational Efficiency of Amit Shah

The Incredible Organizational Efficiency of Amit Shah

They say Amit Shah has never lost an election he has contested — and indeed, he remains the driving force behind the BJP’s consistent electoral successes across India.

Few leaders can match his mastery of political organization and strategy, and here’s another striking example that proves it.

In Bihar, following the Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR), around 50 lakh voter names were deleted.

Many of these deletions were due to deaths, migrations, duplicate registrations, or voters being untraceable. However, a significant number of those who migrated are now living in Haryana.

Seizing the opportunity, the BJP is identifying Bihari migrants in Haryana whose votes still remain registered in Bihar and arranging special trains to take them back home to vote on Election Day.

There are 14 districts in Haryana with large populations of Bihari migrants.

The BJP has been reaching out to companies and institutions employing these workers, negotiating with management to grant them extra pay and travel allowances so they can return home and vote.

In total, 54 senior Haryana BJP leaders, including Union Ministers, have been tasked with coordinating with over one lakh Bihari migrants to ensure their travel and participation in the polls.

In comparison, other parties — including the Congress — are nowhere to be seen undertaking such an operation.

Is it any wonder, then, that Amit Shah consistently delivers the results he does?
