TDP Gone, TRS Is New Ally Of BJP In Telangana!

The recent meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar in New Delhi, in which both the leaders were closeted for nearly an hour, is all set to change the political equations in Telangana State.

Highly placed TRS party sources said Modi has offered to ally with TRS in Telangana in all the future elections and even offered  TRS to join NDA government.

The offer was made when recent GHMC elections issue came up during their discussion.

Modi reportedly appreciated KCR for sweeping the GHMC elections all alone, while all other Opposition parties Congress, TDP, BJP put together could not win double digit seats and  confined to single digit seats out of 150 seats in GHMC elections.

At this time, KCR is said to have remarked that TDP had no future in Telangana as people consider it as a "Andhra party'.

Reacting to this, Modi offered to work with TRS in all the elections in future and he would be happy if TRS joins his cabinet at Centre. He said he had no issues in breaking the tie-up with TDP in Telangana.

KCR is said to have sought one cabinet and two minister of state posts in Modi's cabinet but Modi is said to have favoured one cabinet and one minister of state.

With this, TRS MPs Jithender Reddy, Vinod and Kavitha are throwing their hats into the ring for minister posts but sources said KCR may opt for his daughter Kavitha and Jithender Reddy.
