“It is the fault of the Congress for not including the special status in the AP Reorganization Act. We can do nothing about it now. But we will still make an effort to do justice to AP,” says Venkayya.
And increasingly annoyed at the media questioning him repeatedly over this issue, he blurted out, “I am not just a Minister for AP, but for the whole nation.”
Now what in the name of Jesus Christ does that have to do with the special status issue? Whether he is Minister for AP, Nagaland or the entire nation, all the people are asking for is that he fulfill the promise he made to them and which his Party promised in their manifesto.
