People Ready To Throw Stones At KCR, But Fear Police Cases!

People Ready To Throw Stones At KCR, But Fear Police Cases!

On one hand, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao urges people to stone him to death if he fails to deliver the poll promises made in 2014 or if he commits any wrong.

On the other hand, people who question the ministers or TRS leaders over the government's failures or those who raise slogans against KCR or TRS leaders are being booked by police and sent to jail.

While farmer Komaraiah who took Deputy CM Kadiam Srihari to task and threw chappal at him in Warangal election meeting recently for the failure of TRS government in ensuring remunerative price for their agriculture produce, was arrested and sent to Warangal central jail for 10 days before BJP leaders helped him to get bail, another student, Manuwada VIjay, a M.Tech graduate of Osmania University was arrested and sent to jail because he raised "KCR down down" slogans in the recent KCR's election meeting in Hanmakonda.

Not only student, even his parents were not left out and sent to jail on charges of being "Maoist sympathisers".

Political parties and civil organisations question the high-handedness of TRS government against those who protest and ask how can anyone stone at KCR as he sought when the government is not leaving even those who question them.

Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member V.Hanumantha Rao said, "People are ready to throw stones at KCR but they fear police cases and jail.

Let KCR first make a statement directing police not to book cases against those who throw stones at him. Then you will see lakhs of people in Telangana throw crores of stones at KCR."

TDP and BJP leaders on the other hand said people are ready to throw stones at KCR for cheating them with false promises during 2014 polls to become CM but let KCR decide the venue and date first where he would be available to enable people to throw stones at him.
