Power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan seems to have no clarity as to what he is going to do in the coming days and how his party is going to fight the next elections.
In his hour-long interaction with senior journalists in Hyderabad, Pawan could not give any satisfactory explanation how he is planning to go about in the coming days.
To a question, the Jana Sena Party president said he was not thinking of power at the moment but was only focussing on how to fight for the state’s rights.
Asked whether he is not interested in coming to power, which is the objective of any political party, he said he has the objective but the decision has to be taken by the people.
On whether he would campaign against Modi and the BJP in the next elections since the Centre had done injustice to Andhra Pradesh, Pawan did not give proper reply.
“Individuals do not matter. I am fighting on issues,” he said.
On the Congress party president Rahul Gandhi’s support to special category status, Pawan said he would appreciate the same but wanted that the Congress to give a written undertaking to that effect.
Asked whether he would contest alone in the next elections or have an alliance with any other party, the Jana Sena chief said he would give clarity at his party foundation day on March 14.
