While Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu claims himself to be the best administrator in the country and many others also describe him as the tough task master, power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan does not feel so.
In his view, Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is a better administrator and performance-oriented leader, compared to Naidu.
Reacting to a query by a national electronic media reporter as to how he would rate the two chief ministers on a scale of 1-10, the Jana Sena Party chief said he would give 2.5 marks to Naidu and 6 to KCR.
So, in his view, KCR is more than 100 per cent better than Naidu as an administrator of the state.
The Jana Sena chief also appreciated the efforts of KCR in proposing the third front.
He said the Congress and the BJP have not been successful in understanding the regional problems of many states in the country.
It is because of this reason that the Third Front is being formed. But regional parties should be able to think about national issues, he said.
