The Congress has been voted out of power and many seasoned Congress leaders are back to doing jobs that they once took a break from for pursuing politics.
Ex union minister Kapil Sibal is one of them who are back to practicing law. Right now, he is pitted against the wife of Chidambaram’s wife and senior lawyer Nalini.
Incidentally, Sibal is defending BCCI chief N Srinivasan against Cricket Association of Bihar.
On the other hand, Nalini is representing Cricket Association of Bihar in the IPL scam case in the Supreme Court.
Now, it is a widely known fact that former cabinet colleagues Kapil Sibal and Chidambaram are good friends.
However, both Sibal and Nalini made sure that their personal relations did not come in the way of duty and the court witnessed some heated arguments, say witnesses.
