Contrary to the expectations, Telugu Desam Party national president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu did not show any hurry to sack rebel TDP MLA from Kodangal A Revanth Reddy on Friday.
There were reports that Naidu would not give any appointment to Revanth in his morning meeting with the Telangana TDP leaders.
But he had not only allowed Revanth to the meeting but also given him time for a one-on-one interaction to explain his version on the recent developments.
And during the meeting, Naidu did not entertain any complaints from seniors like Mothkupalli and Aravind Kumar Goud against Revanth saying he didn’t want to listen anything from them.
Revanth, too, remained silent all through the meeting. However, only Telangana TDP president L Ramana met Naidu separately and presented all the evidences against Revanth.
Finally, Naidu asked all the Telangana TDP leaders to come to Vijayawada on Saturday to thrash out the issues.
It remains to be seen whether Revanth will go to Vijayawada and whether Naidu will initiate any action against him.
