KCR sold out to Goldstone Prasad: TDP

KCR sold out to Goldstone Prasad: TDP

Alleging that the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was sold out himself to ‘Gold Stone’ Prasad, Telangana TDP said that the attitude in dealing with the bail petition in  the Supreme Court was the best example for it.

TTDP working president A Revanth Reddy alleged that the state government had not even sent advocates to argue the case in the Supreme Court in regard to Miyapur Land scam issue.

The state government made the advocate general to abstain from attending the case, he alleged and said that the culprits in Miyapur land scam got bail easily because the state government didn’t send its advocates.

Revanth Reddy said that according to the tradition, the state government has to file a Caveat to see that the culprits did not get bail in the Supreme Court after the High Court refused to grant bail to the culprits.

The state government violated the tradition by not filing caveat and by not sending advocates on behalf of the state government to argue the case, he alleged.

He said that the government has not filed caveat and not sent its advocates as the bail petition case came for trial on Friday in the Supreme Court for Gold Stone Prasad’s brother Parthasaradhi and his partner Sharma.

He said that the Advocate General too abstained from attending Supreme Court on Friday.

Demanding the Chief Minister to tell as to how far he was sold out to Gold Stone Prasad, Revanth Reddy said that the Chief Minister has the responsibility of giving an explanation on it.

He said “IT Minister KT Ramarao says that the state government itself exposed Miyapur Land scam, but the Ministers and TRS leaders say that the Chief Minister exposed it.

On the other hand, the Chief Minister says that no scam has taken place at all.

Taking the Chief Minister statement into consideration, the Supreme Court granted bail to Gold Stone Prasad’s brother Parthasaradhi and his partner Sharma”, he said.

Not deputing advocates to the Court indicates  corruption, he said and alleged that the Chief Minister was trying to water down the scam only to see that the government would not face  trouble.
